  • Café / business information: business name, contact name, email, phone number, location, billing details.
  • Customer information: phone number, name (if provided), visit history, rewards/points activity.
  • Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type, usage logs, and cookies as required to run the Service.
  • Payment information: we do not store full card or UPI details; payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our payment service provider.

2. How we use information

  • Provide and operate the PerkPeeps loyalty and ordering Service.
  • Create and manage business and staff accounts.
  • Track visits, orders, and loyalty rewards for café customers.
  • Send transactional messages such as OTPs, receipts, and important service updates.
  • Process subscription payments and invoices via Razorpay.
  • Improve our product, monitor uptime, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis and consent (India)

Where required under Indian data protection principles, we obtain consent for collecting and using personal information (for example, when a customer enters their phone number to receive OTPs and rewards). Users may withdraw consent by contacting us, but this may limit use of the Service.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

  • Keep you logged in to your business dashboard.
  • Remember basic settings and preferences.
  • Measure usage analytics to improve the product.

You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Service may not work properly.
