These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PerkPeeps, a SaaS loyalty and ordering platform for cafés, operated via https://www.perkpeeps.com and related web applications (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Parties
- “PerkPeeps”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means the PerkPeeps entity.
- “You” or “Customer” means the café, restaurant, or business that creates a PerkPeeps account.
- “End-user” means an individual customer of the café who scans QR codes or uses PerkPeeps to earn and redeem rewards.
2. Service description
PerkPeeps provides:
- QR-based loyalty tracking for cafés and similar businesses.
- Simple ordering and visit/points tracking.
- A web dashboard for staff to manage customers, visits, and rewards.
We may add, modify, or remove features over time.
3. Account registration and responsibilities
- You must provide accurate business information during signup and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions by your staff.
You must not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
4. Subscription, fees, and payments
- PerkPeeps is offered on a subscription basis as displayed on our pricing page.
- Fees are payable in advance and may be billed automatically at the start of each billing period via Razorpay or other approved payment methods.
- Prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST); any such taxes will be added as required by law.
- We may change fees or pricing plans with reasonable prior notice; continued use after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance.
If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or restrict access to your account until payment is completed.
5. Refunds and cancellations
- Unless otherwise stated on our website or in a specific offer, subscription fees are non‑refundable once the billing period has started.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
Separate refund rules (if any) for your café customers’ own purchases are your responsibility as the merchant, not PerkPeeps’.
6. Use of the Service and acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use PerkPeeps for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Collect or process personal data via PerkPeeps in violation of applicable law or without proper consent.
7. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at www.perkpeeps.com/privacy. By using the Service, you agree that we may process data as described there.
8. Intellectual property
PerkPeeps, including its software, design, logo, and content, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service for your internal business use while your subscription is active.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Akola / Pune, Maharashtra, India.
